Rates are per day based on double occupancy. Breakfast is not included. Rates for additional guests are also per day, breakfast excluded.
A 10% supplement applies for short stays (less than 7 nights).
Children rates are € 30.00 per day for children aged up to 2.99 years, € 40.00 per day for children aged 3 to 6.99 years, € 50.00 per day for children aged 7 to 13.99 years, and € 65.00 per day for teens aged 14 to 17.99 years.
Rates do not include the tourist tax, amounting to € 3.60 per night and person (guests under 14 years are exempted), to be paid locally.
For the final cleaning, a supplement of € 70.00 is calculated, which is already included in the offer.
On arrival, the chalets are at your disposal from 3:00 p.m. Please check out by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Dogs are only allowed in the Puez and Odles chalets at a daily rate of € 30.00.
Arrival and departure
You are free to choose the duration of your stay. During festive seasons such as Advent and carnival and during the summer holiday period, priority will be given to weekly bookings.
Payment
A 30% deposit is required within seven days of booking confirmation, to be paid either by credit card or bank transfer. We reserve the right to tacitly cancel reservations in case of failure to comply with deposit terms and conditions. Invoices may be settled in cash (Euro payments only, limit is € 4,999.99), by EC card or credit card.
Cancellation policy
Reservations may be cancelled at no cost within 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If paid, deposit shall be reimbursed in full. Cancellation fees amounting to 50% of the booking price apply for cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. In case of cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice, and in case of no show, the booking price shall be charged in full. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
